Meet the Founder

My approach combines leadership development, strategic coaching, and deep self-awareness, drawing on my background in economics, international development, and business.

As a certified Enneagram practitioner and trauma-informed, trauma-trained coach, I integrate the Enneagram and other personal development tools to help individuals recognize patterns, discover their strengths, and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

My work is grounded in Christian faith and values, with a deep belief in the inherent worth of every person and their capacity to grow, lead, and live with purpose.
